You will be part of our Advanced Manufacturing Group, delivering cost‑effective and transformative projects to the specialty chemical, electric vehicle, manufacturing, metals, pulp and paper and other markets. You'll help deliver innovative HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients. You will perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages.

• Layout and design of HVAC systems.
• Develop design criteria for HVAC systems, including comfort, temperature and humidity control, pressurization and cleanliness requirements for cleanroom applications.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
• Prepare final design documents including specifications, sequences of operation, duct/piping layout, and final construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, etc.
• Coordinate with other disciplines.

• Professional Engineering License.
• At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of HVAC systems.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and to collaborate with other disciplines remotely.

• Experience with Revit, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.
