As our Chief Inspector, you’ll be the safety authority of our fleet — ensuring every aircraft is airworthy, every inspection is thorough, and every standard is met or exceeded. This isn’t just a compliance role — it’s a chance to lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact on the way we fly.

• Lead all inspection and quality control functions for our aircraft fleet.
• Be the go‑to expert ensuring we meet FAA Part 135 and Part 43 requirements.
• Keep our aircraft flying safely by managing inspection schedules, records, and return‑to‑service authorizations.
• Mentor and guide inspectors, mechanics, and maintenance staff to deliver their best work.
• Partner with the FAA and represent the company during inspections and audits.
• Champion our Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) and internal audit programs.
• Stay ahead of the curve with industry best practices, new regulations, and emerging technologies.

• FAA A&P Certificate (required).
• Inspection Authorization (IA) – a big plus.
• 3–5+ years of aircraft inspection/quality control experience (Part 135 experience required).
• Deep understanding of FAA regs (Parts 43, 91, 119, 135).
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain complex issues clearly and confidently.
• A mindset that balances attention to detail with big‑picture thinking.
• Passion for aviation safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
