Job Summary:

Work encompasses all aspects of project management and engineering of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

• Project management assistance on several types of land development projects, including client coordination, contract negotiation, developing and maintaining project schedules, and managing project budgets.
• Supervise CAD designers and coordinate with other departments, professions, and agencies.
• Supervise permit technicians and administration in completing permit applications and advancing the permit process.
• Assist with construction observations, prepare field observation reports, and witness critical tasks during construction.
• Coordinate and communicate with construction managers, contractors, owners, inspectors, and permitting agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, letters, project summaries, and emails.
• Plan drafting experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years’ experience in land development type projects (preferred)
• EIT required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook
• Must have an excellent driving record and a valid driver’s license as driving is an essential part of the position
