• Mentor and train branch staff on mortgage products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers by meeting clients and introducing them to additional banking products.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through targeted marketing efforts.
• Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Establish yourself as a mortgage expert and build lasting relationships with clients, offering tailored financial recommendations.

• At least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Experience in FHA/VA sales.
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Intermediate PC skills in Windows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.

This position requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and registration under the NMLS. Employment is contingent upon successful background checks, credit review, and registration processes.
