Financial Controller

HHM Talent is assisting a client in their search for a Controller for a highline exotic car dealership in Naples, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing one dealership location.

• Sells highline exotic vehicles, including multimillion-dollar units
• Boutique-style operation with fewer than 50 units sold per month
• Standard hours:
  Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (no late nights)
• Will relocate the right candidate

• Prepare complete monthly financial statements per manufacturer and dealership guidelines
• Ensure accuracy of all manufacturer accounts (warranty, rebates, co-op, etc.)
• Provide detailed financial and management reports to department heads
• Forecast cash flow and recommend use of excess funds
• Oversee depreciation schedules and capital asset tracking
• Review GL and reconcile accounts, including bank, reserve, factory, and floor plan
• Manage the DMS (Techion)
• Oversee loss reserves and insurance programs
• Coordinate with external CPA for audits and reviews

• Dealership accounting experience required
• Strong skills in financial statement prep and GL management
• Experience with Techion DMS
• Ability to lead an accounting team and work independently
