We are recruiting for a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, on behalf of our client, a market leader in the home building and remodeling industry. The successful candidate is expected to be a potential successor to the CFO. If you have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a proven track record in budgeting, financial modeling, and hands-on experience in construction accounting and project management, this role may be for you.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role involves managing and leading financial operations, ensuring precise financial reporting, and driving strategic financial planning. The Director works closely with the finance department to develop and implement financial and operational strategies, including forecasting, modeling, and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities also include identifying and implementing improvements in financial processes and systems, overseeing the closing of financial statements, and contributing to the development of new accounting and finance practices, such as KPI monitoring.
