Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn? Tamiami Ford is looking for a motivated Sales and Finance Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and finance departments.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure efficient workflows.
• Assist with handling and verifying sold/trade vehicle paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are included for various types of sales (cash, finance, lease).
• Ensure compliance with all required title, lien, tax, rebate, and transactional standards.
• Assist with addressing funding delays to expedite processes between sales and finance.
• Communicate effectively with accounting and office personnel to resolve issues and ensure deals are properly prepared before they reach the accounting office.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A fast learner who is eager to adapt and grow within the role.
• Ability to work constructively within a team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Prior experience in sales, finance, or automotive is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
