Job Overview
Confluence Financial Partners is seeking an ambitious, dedicated, and highly motivated Wealth Manager to join our team. Wealth Managers work with clients to help them implement financial plans and manage their investment portfolios. There is no such thing as a regular work day in this role, but typical duties would include:
- Meeting with clients and prospects to discuss their assets and investments
- Preparing and implementing financial plans for clients
- Managing investment portfolios
- Making connections with centers of influence

Responsibilities- Lead the client relationship process for your dedicated set of clients
- Manage the investment accounts of your clients (with access to the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee)
- Provide clients with financial planning services (with access to the firm’s Wealth Planning Team)
- Conduct annual reviews and regular client contacts as required by the firm
- Maintain accurate client contact records within the firm’s CRM
- Conduct all business in accordance with Confluence’s high standard of excellence
- Actively strive to grow client base through personal business development activities
- Licenses
Required:
Series 7 & Series 66 or Series 65 - Familiarity with MS Office Applications
- 5+ years in Wealth Management as a financial advisor preferred
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Work Location: Naples, FL
