Position: VP of Finance

Location: Naples, FL

Compensation: $180K–$210K base + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance

We are hiring a dynamic VP of Finance to lead financial operations and strategic planning for our Naples division – a key market for one of the nation’s top homebuilders. The leader will oversee financial reporting, planning, and business analysis while partnering with division executives to drive profitable growth, enhance operational performance, and support critical land and development decisions.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in homebuilding or related real‑estate sectors, and a proven history of leading high‑performing finance teams.

• Lead division finance and accounting operations with accuracy and discipline
• Manage budgets, forecasts, job costing, and financial reporting
• Provide financial insights that influence strategic and operational decisions
• Support land acquisition underwriting, development analysis, and capital planning
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and SOX/internal controls
• Partner with division leadership to achieve financial and operational goals
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a highly capable finance team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in homebuilding or real estate
• 5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
• Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and operational finance
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a publicly traded, performance‑driven environment
