Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 3 days a week (M, W, F or M, T, W)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $21.01 - $24.69 / hour

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide peer mentoring and guidance to families navigating the system of care. By building trusting relationships, you will help identify challenges, reduce barriers to treatment, and connect families to essential emotional, financial, and community resources.

As a Family Advocate, you’ll empower patients and their families to become confident, informed, and independent by sharing tools, strategies, and support grounded in real-life experience. Your insight and empathy will be key to helping others successfully access services and build a stronger foundation for the future.

• Associates degree (preferred)

• 5 years of experience (required)

• Clinical background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or an Associates degree is required.
• At least 5 years of lived experience as a relative (parent, caregiver, sibling, or other immediate family member) of an adult or child with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Certified Parent Support Provider through The Federation for Childrens Mental Health (preferred).
• Ability to articulate and model lessons learned from lived experience (required).

• Valid FL Drivers License (required)
