Phlebotomist II Float
Location: Naples, FL Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00 for external applicants.

Pay Range$19.32+ per hour. Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

- Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomy duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor’s office, or as business needs dictate.
- Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
- Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
- Coach, mentor, and instruct new employees; serve as a resource advisor and point of contact to staff on site, providing regular input to group lead or supervisor.
- Travel to additional doctor’s office or Patient Service Center sites when needed.
Required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic training) preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred, required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience: Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience preferred.
The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.
