Pay From: $59 per hour

• Experienced Pharmacist
• Must hold a pharmacist license in Florida
• Must have strong understanding of regulatory compliance
• 5 plus years inpatient pharmacy experience
• 2 plus years management experience
• Experience with EPIC highly preferred

• Manage pharmacist schedule
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Work with operations coordinator to implement clinical initiatives
• Assist with fill orders
• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including medication procurement, storage, distribution, and sterile compounding, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage IV prep
• Participating in quality improvement projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency
• Assist with new order entry
• Overseeing the clinical operations and staff within the pharmacy department, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care
