We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part Time Scrub Technician to join our surgical team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working as a scrub tech and be committed to providing excellent support during surgical procedures.

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and accounted for before and after procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
• Follow all hospital and regulatory guidelines related to surgical procedures and infection control.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a scrub technician.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.
• Ability to work part time hours with flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
