Full Time Scrub Technician

Location: Naples, FL 34103

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Scrub Technician to join our surgical team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting surgeons during procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring patient safety throughout the operation.

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are properly sterilized and accounted for before and after procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide efficient and safe patient care.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.
• Assist in cleaning and restocking the operating room after surgeries.

• Previous experience as a Scrub Technician or Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and operating room procedures.
• Ability to work full time with flexibility to accommodate surgical schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is a plus.
