• 6–8-hour shifts
• Full-time position
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available

• Customize massage services for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements.
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals.
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals.
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists.
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management.

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer.
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals.
• Excellent at guest communication.
• Proven leadership skills.
