! Cross Country Education isseeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) to apply their expertise in a rewarding K-12 school environment and create lasting, supportive behavioral systems across theschool district for the upcoming academic year.

• Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the purpose of challenging behaviors and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct behavioral support to students (K-12) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
• Monitor and analyze behavioral data, including creating graphical representations, to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and inform necessary adjustments to student programming and IEP goals.
• Offer technical assistance and staff development to school personnel on positive behavioral supports, classroom management systems, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Alternatively: ABachelor’s degree with BCaBA Certification
• Valid National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

• Top Compensation:
  Earn up to $47.00 - $48.30 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
