The role involves obtaining referrals/authorizations using all tools and effectively documenting them in the EHR for contracted insurances and organizations.
The incumbent will ensure referrals/authorizations are managed efficiently, coordinate with practices and billing, and stay current on insurance changes while maintaining PHI
