David Lawrence Center in Naples, Florida is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for the Adult & Child Crisis Units on the night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am). The role provides non-clinical support, monitors clients, helps with admissions and discharges, and uses verbal de-escalation and trauma-informed approaches to maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; prior behavioral health experience is strongly preferred.
