Senior Medication Aide & Care Team Lead

Distinctive Living is seeking a Medication Aide for The Fairways community in Naples, FL. You will provide medication management and personal care to residents under supervision, following each resident’s service plan and physician orders.

Responsibilities include documenting tasks daily, communicating resident needs to the care team, and participating in meal service while maintaining compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines. Prior caregiving and HHA/CNA certification are required.
