Medical Assistant – Primary Care & Specialty - (Mon–Fri, No Weekends)

Collier County, FL (Float Position) Home Base: 400 8th St. N, Naples, FL 34102 Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)

Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (hours vary between 7 AM–7 PM must be available until at least 5:30 PM) Organization:

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Greet patients, take vitals, update medical histories, and prepare them for their visit
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Monitor and restock medical supplies
• Support scheduling, front desk duties, patient communication, and daily clinic flow
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, patient‑centered environment

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred
• 2+ years of experience (primary care experience preferred)
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
• Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County)
• Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EMR experience (Athena preferred)
• Friendly, professional, team‑oriented approach to patient care

Primarily sedentary with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance) Frequent hand and wrist movements; requires close visual acuity for documentation and computer use

Compensation Range: $20.00 to $30.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good‑faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
