- Bachelor's degree with minimum 30 credit hours in related science field (Environmental Health, Environmental Science, or Physical/Biological Science)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in high heat and humid conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently, write reports, and interpret technical standards for food hygiene plan review
