Baleen, the resort's fine dining restaurant, is looking for a passionate Manager to elevate the dining experience and create memories for guests by leading the team. Minimum of two years of upscale dining experience required.

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Baleen team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and meeting the Company's standard of excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, portion sizes, sauces, garnishes, prices, and daily specials.
• Manage daily house counts, arrivals/departures, VIP reservations, designated seating, and special requests.
• Work cross‑functionally with the Sales Team on group activities.
• Have an excellent knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, and non‑alcoholic selections available in Baleen, including special promotions.
• Establish par levels for supplies and equipment.
• Requisition linens and skirting as required.
• Meet with Culinary to review daily specials and 86’d items; conduct daily line‑up to keep team members updated before service.
• Prepare and manage weekly work schedules for the team based on labor forecasts and business needs, and submit payroll in a timely manner.
• Monitor the preparation of station assignments and work with the team to ensure preparations are complete prior to opening.
• Handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standards.
• Attend F&B and manager meetings as required.

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurants.
• Ability to communicate with guests and resolve issues swiftly, leaving them satisfied.
• Detail oriented to ensure the restaurant and team meet standards of excellence.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work long hours as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Attend and participate in services as required by federal, state, and company requirements.
