We are seeking an experienced full-time Front Desk Agent to join the Guest Services Team at this beautiful beachfront resort located in Naples, Florida. This year‑round position comes with a competitive wage and benefits package. If you have experience as a front desk/concierge in a luxury resort or hotel, have a passion for creating exceptional memories, and are detail‑oriented while working in a fast‑paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to work for a leader in the hospitality field.

• Must have 1 to 2 years of front desk operations experience preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• The ability to work on multiple computer systems and enter information accurately.
