Water Sports Attendant, Oka Hoya – Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort

This position reports to the Ocean Activities Supervisor and supports daily operations of all aquatic offerings. You will assist in delivery, coordination and safe execution of programs, activities, and events to provide enjoyable and secure experiences.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to residents, guests, and community visitors.
• Assist in facilitation and execution of aquatic programs for residents and guests, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities.
• Promote and support revenue-generating services by communicating program offerings, assisting with reservations, and upholding service standards.
• Maintain required certifications and comply with safety protocols and performance standards.
• Participate in ongoing performance evaluations and training opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by demonstrating strong teamwork, reliability, and adherence to operational requirements.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns, completing incident reports, safety documentation, and equipment logs.
