Reservation/Front Desk Manager

The Aielli Group is looking for a Reservation/Front Desk Manager to join our team. Main responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times, and escorting customers to the dining and bar area.

To be successful as a Reservation/Front Desk Manager, you should have solid organizational and people skills to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

• Welcome guests.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting times.
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Provide menus and announce Server name.
• Acknowledge customers upon their departure.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (children, elderly).
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
• Manage reservations.

This position may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the restaurant.

• Previous experience as a Reservation/Front Desk Manager
• Understand restaurant etiquette
• Experience managing reservations
• Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional time management
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Lift at least 10 lbs
• Comply with all food and safety regulations
