We are seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Guest Attendant to be the face of our property and the first point of contact for our guests.
Benefits- Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 (dependent on experience)

- Front Office Operations – reservations, renewals, check‑outs, check‑ins, paperwork and reports.
- Guest Services – meet guest needs, conduct tours, close sales, fulfill special requests.
- Laundry Duties – washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintaining clean laundry area.
- Cleaning & Maintenance – vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas, stocking supplies.
- Sales & Marketing – assistance with in‑house sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
- Emergency Procedures – knowledge and compliance with property procedures and security.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally.
