Aboutthe Role
The Chef Concierge is responsible for responding quickly and accurately to guest requests and adding personal recommendations and touches to maximize guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do- Participate in the interview process and train Concierge Staff; lead day‑to‑day staff performance and coach towards Core and Service Culture standards.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, events, directions, and more.
- Respond to all guest requests promptly, providing recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Ensure Concierge Staff is aware of available city activities (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, exhibits, sightseeing); maintain contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations.
- Keep desk collateral and information (restaurants, museums, attractions, maps) updated and current.
- Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail, incoming and outgoing, accurately and timely.
- Use software programs to record guest arrangements and ensure proper billing.
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff, and Valet Parking to manage smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist with lobby coverage and door responsibilities in the absence of or during high volume periods.
- Pre‑opening experience, project, and stakeholder management.
- College degree preferably in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays (both day and evening).
