The Pool & Beach Concierge is an integral part of the Pool and Beach experience at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to provide personalized, attentive, and seamless service to guests and members enjoying the pool and beach areas. The Pool & Beach Concierge ensures all guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for while upholding Four Seasons service standards and creating memorable outdoor leisure experiences.

• Welcome guests and members to the pool and beach; assist with seating, towels, umbrellas, and cabanas
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, attentive service
• Set up and maintain lounge chairs and umbrellas to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation
• Assist with menu knowledge and coordinate food and beverage orders with service teams
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of pool and beach areas, including furniture and amenities
• Communicate guest preferences, requests, and concerns to leadership and supporting teams
• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest comfort and compliance with resort policies
• Work professionally and collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Support Pool, Beach, and Food & Beverage teams during peak periods or special events

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is a plus
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards is preferred
