A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel all within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully re‑imagined for modern‑day elegance, the resort includes residents‑only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state‑of‑the‑art well‑being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis centre, and an 18‑hole golf course, bowling and movie theatre experiences, and an exclusive private club.

The Bell Attendant assists guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, and transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.
What you will do- Delivers luggage to room upon check‑in, offers in‑room orientation when Guest Relations is unavailable and picks up luggage upon departure, moving it to storage or the Front Drive; maintains proper records of deliveries and pick‑ups.
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints and assists customers with all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in‑house events, directions, etc.
- Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers assistance.
- Handles all guest requests during the overnight shift, including shoe polishing, delivering newspapers, polishing bell carts, delivering items that guests need, and other related duties.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Restocks the RA closet during the overnight shift.
- Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off‑of the hotel property.
- Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room.
- Assists guests at the Concierge and Front Desk.
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or during heavy volume in the areas of Door, Guest Relations, and Valet Staff.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Experience in Guest Services preferred.
