The Role

Spa Coordinator ensures exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and managing appointment schedules. The role requires a professional, courteous approach to delivering services and ensuring smooth operations in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, offering information about spa treatments, products, and services.
  • Manage scheduling efficiently, ensuring the best use of therapist time and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa reception and retail areas.
  • Escort guests to locker rooms and provide orientations, if no attendant is available.
  • Recommend and sell retail products, providing guests with home care advice.
  • Assist with pop‑up spa receptions for group arrivals and various administrative tasks.
  • Handle gratuities, product sales, and ensure smooth daily operations, including end‑of‑day closing procedures.
  • Address guest complaints promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Support the spa team with various duties, such as stocking and preparing guest amenities.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
  • Interest in fashion merchandising and retail sales in a spa setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with booking and inventory systems.
  • A professional, positive attitude and a commitment to high standards of service.

Schedule & Hours

40 hours a week / Flexible schedule option to be discussed. Primarily Monday‑Friday.
