Tiki Server - Part Time
Responsibilities- Be an ambassador of the resort and drive guest happiness by treating each guest experience as its own.
- Care for our members and resort guests while working around the pool and beach areas in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Enhance the guest experience through strong menu knowledge and personalization of each guest or member.
- Address guest opportunities on first impact and ensure that all guests have an amazing experience by using guests names when possible.
- As a Tiki Server, you will be an ambassador of the resort and will be a key contributor of driving guest happiness by treating each guest experience as its own.
- Must be able to work around pool and beach areas in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Must utilize menu knowledge and personalize service for guests or members.
- Engage with guests by using their names when possible and respond promptly to guest needs to ensure an amazing experience.
