The Steward plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen and food and beverage areas at Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. This position supports daily culinary operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with resort standards and health and safety regulations.

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, and food preparation areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and assist with deep-cleaning assignments.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked stewarding and storage areas.
• Collect, separate, and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste according to established procedures.
• Support culinary, restaurant, and banquet operations by ensuring equipment…
