Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable (AP), receivable (AR), payroll, and financial transactions across ventures.
- Administer benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll compliance.
- Maintain organized financial and HR systems while improving processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for financial and payroll inquiries.
- Leverage tools like Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.
- Expertise in AP/AR processes, payroll, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Law firm experience or familiarity is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
This is an in-office role located in Naples, offering a professional and focused environment during regular business hours.
