Summary Of The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant with a minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and approaches challenges with a positive, can‑do attitude. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations, recruitment, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate must be comfortable handling new and diverse work challenges on a daily basis and demonstrate a high level of adaptability and personal maturity. The ability to resolve problems, manage conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure is essential. Strong listening skills are required to objectively assess situations, identify underlying issues, and assist in bringing matters to a successful resolution.

This is an onsite position in Naples, Florida with no relocation assistance and no sponsorship available. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional weekends and after‑hours work required during peak season (October through May).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Assist with H-2B recruitment processes and related documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including I-9 verification and new hire documentation.
  • Process paperwork of all new employees and all change‑of‑status forms for assigned area.
  • Serves as the primary liaison for employees, providing responsive support to benefit questions in a professional, employee‑focused manner.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data and records; partner with Payroll to ensure proper deductions and adjustments.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating employee engagement activities at assigned properties; this requires being confident and comfortable speaking in public to effectively present, lead, and engage with groups of employees.
  • Prepare and maintain HR forms, newsletters, flyers, and other materials using Canva and Adobe.
  • Utilize Docu Sign for document management and electronic signatures.
  • Support payroll and HR administration, preferably using Paycor.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, employee communications, and special initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all HR records and communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience for both exempt and non‑exempt employees.
  • Experience with H-2B recruitment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Willingness to work extra hours or weekends when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe (for creating forms and materials), Docu Sign, and HRIS systems (Paycor preferred).
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
