Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise wide and sometimes global projects within the scope of Information Technology.
- Proactively manage projects and communicate with key stakeholders to attain project goals, deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Determine project schedule by identifying deliverables, milestones, time requirements, sequencing project elements and discrete tasks.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, requesting, and allocating resources as necessary.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental managers for availability, assignment, and accountability of resources and technology.
- Utilize Workfront templates/processes and other tools for work management while following PMO methodology, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Responsible for financial aspects of assigned projects including KPI reporting relative to project progress.
- Facilitate the establishment of guidelines for vendor/contractor professional services and act as a central point of contact to ensure alignment with performance and financial objectives.
- Establish a clear communication strategy to provide status to key stakeholders and senior management including RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) and impact/constraints on scope, cost, and schedule.
- Ensure that project goals are achieved and are in line with business/stakeholder objectives.
- Benchmark project management performance continuously to identify potential for improvements and increase capability in project and portfolio management.
- Apply Organizational Change Management methodologies and may assume some responsibilities for OCM tasks as an Arthrex Change Agent.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work independently, as well as leading multiple project teams.
- Confidently lead multiple large‑scale projects and programs with full project life‑cycle management and run strategic initiatives.
- Apply industry best practice knowledge of SDLC and various system and project management methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to others within IT performing a PM role.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap sessions with business & IT management to determine the scope and objectives of project management.
- Drive project team efficiency through innovation; suggest continuous process improvement of project management practices.
- Assist and/or support the IT PMO leadership with the administration of PPM tools including project and portfolio reporting.
- Perform peer reviews of project documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
- Responsible for stakeholder management.
- Participate in project management‑based initiatives within the community both internally and externally to Arthrex.
- Prior experience leading global, enterprise‑wide implementations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with careful attention to detail.
- Experience with enterprise PPM tool(s).
- Proven influential leadership skills with excellent organizational and emotional intelligence.
- Experience managing contractors, external consultants & vendors.
- Experience managing projects through a PMO is strongly preferred.
- Ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization from IT staff to senior/executive management.
