Head of Marketing

Top Provider is a high-growth tech company helping businesses connect with the right vendors through a streamlined, data-driven buying experience. We’re expanding our leadership team and seeking a Head of Marketing to build and scale a performance-driven, multi-channel growth engine.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will lead our marketing strategy, team, and execution across acquisition, content, lifecycle, analytics, and funnel optimization.

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy to grow high-intent buyer volume.
• Lead and expand a small, high-impact marketing team (SEM, content/SEO, email).
• Drive multi-channel acquisition: digital campaigns, content programs, email, and organic growth.
• Improve conversion rates, landing experiences, and key funnel metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to accelerate revenue and category growth.
• Support Sales with messaging, collateral, and category insights.
• Build reporting, dashboards, and forecasting around marketing performance.

• 7‑12+ years in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation.
• Proven success scaling multi-channel acquisition programs.
• Experience leading teams and building marketing functions.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data, testing, and experimentation.
• B2B, marketplace, or lead-generation experience is a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Naples, FL (preferred); exceptional remote candidates considered.
