IT Technician – Noble House Hotels & Resorts

A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a sparkling pool. Work with a wonderful team that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests.

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site IT Data Analyst to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with data analysis to support hotel operations and ensure seamless IT functionality.

• Perform daily analysis of income and payment data.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate mapping of revenue and payment streams.
• Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware (Dell).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software issues.
• Manage user and computer accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Work with vendors to resolve software‑related issues.
• Provide basic support for IP phones, printers, and scanners.
• Manage IT requests through the IT ticketing system.
• Provide 24/7 on‑call support (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
• Work independently and adapt to weekend/night shifts as needed.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Corrected vision to normal range.
• Ability to work long hours as needed.

• Proficient in computer skills and troubleshooting applications.
• Experience setting up and maintaining hardware.
• Willingness to learn and apply IT training on the job.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.
