Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients and agents in real estate closings and other real estate transactions
- Assist in commercial business transactions
- Meetings and correspondence with clients
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on real estate and legal transactions
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate law
- Familiarity with real estate law, and other various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
