Position Summary
Kelleher + Holland, LLC is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, client-focused mindset to a dynamic legal environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on the area of assignment, but may include drafting legal documents, managing case files, coordinating with clients and professionals, and supporting attorneys throughout the legal process.

- Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents and correspondence under attorney supervision
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical case files
- Manage attorney calendars, track deadlines, and schedule meetings or appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to client matters
- Assist with document preparation and execution processes
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents, communications, and client information
- Prepare forms, checklists, or internal resources to support matter efficiency
- Handle phone and email communication on behalf of attorneys
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and reception coverage as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all matters with discretion and professionalism
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-level organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court rules, and e-filing systems
- Experience with estate, trust, and/or litigation case management preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion and empathy
- Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience (estate planning, estate administration, or litigation) required
