Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in all aspects of case management and document production, heavy document editing, proofreading, and finalizing legal documents in Microsoft Word.
  • E‑filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
  • Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and conferences, enter billable time, and process expense reports.
  • Update electronic records, upload documents, and run reports.
  • Possess strong skills using all of Microsoft’s Office tools.
  • Maintain and organize case files, paper and electronic documents for depositions or trials.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience.
  • Commercial Litigation experience preferred.
  • Exceptional technical skills with MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Professional, iManage, Legal Tracker, and electronic document management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to switch gears and self‑manage multiple, competing expectations with little or no supervision.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • In‑office presence required, 5 days per week; not remote.
