A law firm seeks a highly skilled mid to senior level Estate Planning Associate in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will excel in complex estate planning and drafting, particularly irrevocable trust planning, with speed, accuracy, and confidence. • Draft sophisticated estate planning documents including irrevocable trusts, SLATs, GST/GSTT planning, and private foundations.
• Collaborate directly with partners on multiple active projects.
• Handle complex client matters with sensitivity, urgency, and precision.
• Deliver a top-notch customer service experience to high-net-worth clients.
• Interface with clients directly; manage deadlines and timelines.

• Ability to work in the Naples office, particularly during key times of year.
• 4-5+ years of estate planning experience with a heavy drafting focus.
• Deep experience with irrevocable trust planning.
• Extensive experience handling high net worth estates and complex estate issues.
• Strong knowledge of GST, GSTT, SLATs, and related tax/estate planning instruments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
• Comfortable interfacing directly with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong client service orientation; must deliver high-quality work consistently and on time.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

• Bar admission in the state of Florida.
