Community Association Manager – Portfolio

Alliant Property Management, LLC is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager.

As part of our “Team Approach to Association Management”, you will work closely with Board of Directors, vendors, and staff, managing day‑to‑day operations, budgets, and communications. You will also collaborate with our full‑service accounting department.

• Implement board decisions in day‑to‑day operations.
• Perform site inspections, document violations and corrections.
• Attend Board and Committee meetings and prepare timely minutes.
• Prepare Board packets prior to meetings.
• Participate in the budget process.
• Obtain bids from vendors.
• Communicate effectively with the Board.
• Manage and coach onsite staff.
• Monitor contracts.
• Prepare mailings.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone calls.
• Provide strong customer service.
• Demonstrate management experience, preferably in portfolio management.
