Alpha Hire is partnering with a leading custom home builder in Naples, FL known for delivering high-end residential projects with exceptional craftsmanship and client-focused service. This firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager to take full ownership of custom home builds from pre-construction through close-out. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, quality-driven environment that values transparency, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.

The Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong field leadership, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with professionalism and precision.

• Manage overall project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with estimators, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and inspectors
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliance
• Oversee change orders, project documentation, and all client communication
• Ensure strict adherence to safety practices and high-quality workmanship
  
  Troubleshoot issues in the field and maintain project momentum
• Collaborate closely with ownership to provide accurate updates and forecasting

• 5+ years of residential project management experience (custom homes preferred)
• Strong familiarity with the Southwest Florida construction market
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting software (e.g., MS Project, Buildertrend)
• Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously
