- Demonstrate and model Sachse Construction’s core values.
- Manage profit and loss for assigned projects.
- Develop and mentor staff.
- Lead diverse teams effectively.
- Provide clear direction and project governance.
- Maintain client management and communication.
- Minimum five years of experience in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software.
