Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Management

This position plays an integral role in the growth of Zoom Tan/Zoom Fit and will be responsible for overseeing the construction, renovations, and facility maintenance for over 90+ of our store locations throughout multiple states.

• Responsible for overseeing the coordination of building space allocation, facility layout, and communication services
• Responsible for financial planning, facility oversight, and forward planning/upgrades
• Responsible for the coordination of all construction components and processes/project management
• Responsible for meeting with vendors, landlords, and contractors to plan, organize, and deliver on all construction projects
• Responsible for preventative maintenance of all facility equipment such as HVAC, electrical units, plumbing, carpentry, and communication services
• Responsible for the management of all equipment receipt and installation
• Expected to communicate effectively and efficiently for all store and corporate locations
• Expected to interact with and effectively communicate with area technicians throughout multiple states
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to Zoom Tan policies and procedures
• Expected to follow all company policies and procedures as outlined
• Expected to attend and participate in all assigned meetings
• All other duties as assigned

• Extensive knowledge of current building codes
• Extensive ability to build relationships, provide leadership, and problem solve
• Extensive project management experience
• Effective and efficient communication and organizational skills
• Essential to have a growth mindset and work collaboratively
• Essential to have computer proficiency
• 5+ years with leadership, supervision, and project management (Preferred)
• Extensive experience with retail, foods, and/or fitness locations (Preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (Required)
• Essential to work at the Corporate Office located in beautiful Naples, Florida (Required)
• Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
