In this key leadership role, you will help shape the resident experience, lead high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence across a vibrant and growing community. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you will play an integral role in advancing resident satisfaction, team engagement, quality outcomes, and financial performance.

This position is designed for leaders with aspirations of progressing into an Executive Director role within our organization. • Assist the Executive Director in overseeing daily community operations and leadership.
• Lead and support management teams to achieve operational, financial, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Drive employee engagement, development, and a culture of accountability.
• Represent the community in resident, board, marketing, and external relations activities.
• Support strategic planning, organizational goals, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
• Address resident concerns and enhance the overall resident experience.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory matters, incident reporting, and community compliance.
• Facilitate and deliver on specific initiatives and projects that require community and corporate partnerships to create the exceptional resident and employee experience we aspire to at Erickson Senior Living.

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience starting at $ per year plus eligibility for bonus

• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Ability to relocate at some point in their career at Erickson Senior Living
