Millwork Project Manager / Estimator
$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
We're hiring a Millwork Project Manager / Estimator to lead custom interior woodwork and architectural millwork projects from pre-construction through installation. This role blends detailed estimating with hands‑on project coordination and field oversight.
What You'll Do- Prepare detailed estimates for custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural woodwork.
- Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and deliverables from kickoff to completion.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Review shop drawings, materials, and production requirements for accuracy.
- Maintain quality control and clear client communication throughout the project.
- Experience managing and estimating millwork or custom woodwork projects.
- Strong ability to read drawings, specs, and shop details.
- Proven project coordination across shop and field teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication.
