Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Electrician
Duration: Direct Hire
Location: 3580 Shaw Blvd Naples, FL 34117
Payrate: $24/hr.
- $30/hr. on w2 with full benefits
Shifts: 1st
Pre-Screening Questions- Do you want to repair CNC machines and what is your experience?
- Do you have experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment?
- Do you have experience working with CNC machines like:
Mazak Mill, Mori Seiki lathe and Mill, Nakamura lathes?
With minimum guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a complex scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: production equipment, diagnose and repair of conventional and CNC machinery.
Role & Responsibilities- Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Remove, repair or relocate CNC machines; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation.
- Diagnose defects and perform repair and preventive maintenance to various types of hydraulic equipment, CNC machine tools, building plumbing and related equipment.
- Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related hydraulic equipment.
- Setup and operate arc and acetylene welding equipment.
- Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control.
- Plan, layout and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes and other carpentry.
- Assist in planning sequence of operations and methods to be used in overhaul and repair.
- Check and calibrate new or rebuilt equipment after installation.li>
- Identify and repair CNC machine malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical operations for proper operation.
- Five years related maintenance experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
- May require proficiency with pump and valve overhaul procedures, especially aerospace associated equipment.
- Ability to work from blueprints and sketches.
- Possess required tools.
- May require ability to setup and operate hand and power tools.
