CNC Programmer/Machinist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality titanium components used in advanced applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with titanium machining, strong programming skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software and G-code.
- Set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixturing, and material loading.
- Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture titanium parts to exact specifications.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to programs or setups.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, preferably with titanium.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
- Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in Naples, FL, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. The role involves working with CNC mills and lathes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
