Payrate: $20.00/hour on w2 - $28/hour on w2 with benefits (based on experience)

Shift: 1st (7:00am - 3:30pm) and 2nd (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

Looking for someone that has worked at an autobody shop or similar or a finger nail tech, that kind of experience with painting. They will be painting very small, precision parts, very detailed paint. Not a house painter. Someone used to using automatic paint equipment, rust removal, safety. Usually these guys work in booths with protective clothing on.

• Responsible for the operation of manually operated hand painting equipment as well as automatic paint line for application of final finish to prescribed specifications
• Sets up and operates automatic paint lines and hand-painting booths.
• Prepares sprayers for use and operates all equipment.
• Heats and sprays wax onto products after they are tested.
• Ensures surfaces are free of dirt, oil, and media.
• Removes rust or old paint from metal with acid, wire brush, or steel wool.
• Masks devices and prepares them for painting.
• Strips and cleans improperly finished parts for re-paint.
• Displays proper handling of all equipment and waste, including hazardous waste
• 2 or more years prior directly related manufacturing process experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
• Proficient in reading, understanding, and following blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions.
• May be required to lift to 50 lbs.
